"Well, if your an average person who owns a house and has a single income and a wife and child.. just do your own taxes. They don't tell you the cost until you've already wasted an hour of your time and theirs, and you will likely be paying $375ish just to file your fed/state/ and normal things like your house and child tax credit and whatnot... which is absurd because you can do it yourself for like $70.. I didn't learn anything new other than having a "tax pro" do your taxes is severely overpriced. In the end they wanted to take about a 3rd of what I was getting back which was laughable... and when you decided well, I'd rather not go through you guys if it's that much, then the person gets an attitude as if you just robbed them... like I'm sorry I wasted your time but you wasted mine as well by not even giving me a ball park to the cost before hand. If you would have said it would likely be over $150 to have it done then I'd have saved us an hour and just left as I am used to doing my own anyway. They didn't even give me a price for fed and state alone before hand. If your rich and could care less about your money, then go here I'm sure they will make sure your good with the IRS. But if your an average Joe, go somewhere else or learn to do it yourself even having a tax pro on turbo tax do it would likley be cheaper by about half."

"Professional, fast good service. But please reconsider your air freshener, first time the smell wasn't there. When I went to pick up completed documents, I couldn't sign fast enough. The smell was overpowering and a migraine trigger. Please be considerate, not everyone likes that smell."

"The lady was very knowledgable and didn't treat me like I was not important. She was very patient with me and worked with me when I had to return home for information that i hadn't brought with me. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and had the whole service with a smile thing going on."
