""My review about this lawyer is based on my own personal and collective thoughts over the past 3 years." I didn't have a dime to my name when I contacted him. He showed up to my fiancé's court hearing for us and started to prepare his case. My fiance was facing multiple felony charges and had been on probation for many years before this. At the beginning of the consultation, he gave me a price and although the circumstances changed at some point during the court process, the price didn't. Not once. I wasn't able to show up to my fiancés court hearing the day of payment. I couldn't find a ride to save my life, and didn't know about Uber at the time. I called Gary to let him know I was having trouble getting to the bank to get his payment. Instead of withdrawing from our case, which he very easily could have done, he took me to the bank then back home. My fiance received what I think is a "more than," fair sentencing based on his mile long criminal record. Was released from prison without parole/probation stipulations."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to see this lawyer to see if he could help me and my husband with a civil issue. My husband is being sued by a collection agency we have NEVER heard of. He has good credit and so this civil suit came by surprise to us. He doesn't owe anyone or anything. But anyways, about this lawyer.... we knew right away after we got there he was definitely not the attorney for us. The appointment was at 2pm, he was on the phone until 2:20 (I was on lunch break and was on a set time schedule). Then when he was ready, he did not come out to greet us. He yelled out the door to the secretary that he was ready and to send us on in. The secretary did not take us back to his office, she sat in the front and told us it was ok to go back and told us where his office was. When we walked in, his office looked like a hurricane had hit it times 10 and hadn't been cleaned in many many many years. There was papers EVERY where, including the floor all wadded up, etc. I could imagine what his home looks like if his office looked this bad. As we walked in he didn't greet us, he didn't get up and shake our hands or anything. I was surprised he could even move around with how much of a disaster his office was. It was DISGUSTING!! But as I was saying, when we walked in, he didn't even greet us or look at us. He told us to sit and asked us "what we needed" in a very unprofessional manner. He even answered his cell phone while I was talking and I could hear his phone it was a credit card bill collector. His words to us were "see even I get those calls". He sat at his desk with his feet up on his desk WITHOUT his shoes on and he just was not the most professional person. The most unprofessional lawyer I have EVER met!!! When we told him what we needed he pretty much told us he couldn't help us because my husband hadn't been served yet. I called an old lawyer of mine who I dealt with in the past and she found out way more info than he even offered to do. I used the other lawyer who is in his office for my divorce about 6 years ago and he was the most awesome, clean and respectful lawyer I have ever dealt with. Gary McGee is definitely not a respectable, professional lawyer and we will not be dealing with him EVER. I do NOT suggest anyone to ever use this lawyer if you want things done in an orderly fashion. I did my research after the appointment and found he had been disciplined by the bar association previously."
