I waited the rest of the day and the entire next day and called again before the end of business hours. I got the voicemail that I expected to get when I called after hours. I left my info again and have waited an entire day with no call. I am very surprised they have such a good rating when their customer service is obviously wanting. I’ll spend my money somewhere else."
