"Called Rocky's to move a container I bought at an auction. Whoever answered the phone at the parts department was awesome. So friendly and helpful. Got a return call shortly after. Said they would call in morning to schedule. Got the call for scheduling the next day, shortly after called back and said they could do it THAT day in an hour. Top notch service AND communication. "Shady! I was charged $480 for a tow. The sheriff contacted Rockys to tow my truck, they had it for about 8 hours..left windows down & keys in ignition and cats peed in it. Also left hazard lights on &the battery died. When asked for an explanation as to why it was $480, I was told "nobody wants to be out that late" (they didn't have to take the call then) they charge double time after midnight. When asked why they didn't secure my vehicle I was told that they didn't have to & since it sat so long w hazard lights on it died & was too late to charge the battery. I have stage 4 terminal cancer, this outrageous amount came out of my fixed income. Beware of this before considering using this place for towing. It's shameful and Shady to charge $480 for a 14 mile tow!& the damage that my vehicle incurred while in the possession of Rockys. Predatory behavior for sure!"

"This is the most perfect place. It's a gas station, mechanics shop, fresh made sandwiches (using freshly sliced meat and cheese). This place is just a vibe you really need to experience. The ladies that work in there are amazingly sweet. The mechanics are very friendly and down to earth. And that Andy! He's one good looking guy! Brake job cost me only $300. And bcuz I live close they took me back home instead of waiting around. And then picked me back up to take me to my car. They used to have this cat that would hang out in the store last year. It was so cool. It wasn't there this time."
