"I havent been here in while and this definitely was my last time coming. There was more that 10 machines not being abled to used because the card reader was not working. Once I did finally get some cash by having to go the bank to avoid paying an ATM fee I was able to finish up washing and drying BUT not with out loosing money in the machines during the process. I wasted my time, supplies plus money coming there."

"I absolutely used to love coming here to wash my heavy comforters here. However, this morning 1/5/24, I am quite frustrated while I tried to use my credit card!! After many attempts and several different credit cards, I had to use the “Bill Changer” machine and get $20 in quarters for the $9.50 machines! Very inconvenient!! I’ll have to rethink about returning here!"

"Drove in and the parking lot was full of trash everywhere. Didn’t mind that part and went on in. I was expecting a large, brightly lightened laundromat since it’s the “world’s largest”. The place looked pretty seedy, a whole aisle of washers were closed down. I went to wash a large blanket I brought. $7.50. I did not have enough quarters for that. Forgot to bring the detergent. They sell Tide for $20!!! Absolutely insane. The place was falling apart. You’d think for the prices they’d keep it in good shape."

"I really enjoy doing laundry here! It is so big that even when it's crowded, you can usually find machines. Staff is helpful, and they did a great job decorating for Halloween! They also have a cute bird aviary inside."

"Yes, it is absolutely huge. Located in a busy urban neighborhood, parking might be a challenge. I am bummed that I didn't need to do any laundry today, I was only here to tour the place. Washers and dryers for miles. Booths where you can sit and wait for your clothes to get clean and dry. It's well decorated, very comfortable and the prices are not excessive. I didn't see too many folding tables though."
