"First of all I had 0 confidence in my preparer. Second I was quoted a general price, I get it you don't know what I'll need without looking at my stuff. I figured I'd pay the highest end of the quote & I ended up paying $30 more & would have been $55 more had I never been there before. Well thanks for that, because I will NEVER be back."
