"Our rep did not come into work the day of our appointment due to issues in the building. Despite our appointment being set for 6PM we were never notified of this, and there were clearly other employees working in the building regardless. They had us leave our documents with them for filing, after which there was no communication on a timeline or next steps. We were called when they were ready, and it was only at this time that we learned of additional fees. The rep said we already had an appointment coming up to finish with her, which wasn't true as we had never set this up. She 'rescheduled' it, but when we arrived we learned she has never actually rescheduled. I had mentioned on the phone with her that I didn't get a confirmation text as she said I would, but she was completely unconcerned. During the in-person portion she was very repetitive of advice which wasn't applicable to our situation despite us being clear we understood what she was saying and would keep it in mind. She then went as far as to casually insult our generation (millennials) as entitled, doubling down when questioned for more details on why she thought this."
