"I just went in there not too long ago, they acted like they didn’t want to greet us when we came in.. they were just starring, one girl got done with a customer she takes her sweet precious time and did call me or my mom to be helped she sat there on her phone and didn’t offer any help. The other lady was loud and telling the other customers business, the light skinned girl Amanda ? Was being unprofessional talking about outside matters when people need help. Their “office “ was DIRTYYYY it looked a hot mess in there, they were unprofessional."

"Don't come here you'd be better off doing your own taxes because the people here seem to have the most basic of knowledge about taxes the guy didn't ask me not one question I had to tell him all the different things that I needed he acted like he didn't understand most of the deductions. They never contact you about your city taxes like they say they will I had to call them and when I try to show up for them they have a big open sign outside but no one's there and they have some little sign on the inner door that says will return in an hour have come back multiple times no one's there and no one picks up the phone. For the price I had to pay to have them do my taxes it's obscene that no one's even there to answer calls."

"My computer is out for the count as of right now and this year is my very 1st year allowing a tax service to complete my taxes. Prior to this I've never had an issue with my taxes using Turbo. I decided to give Jackson Hewitt a shot and may I add this was definitely a lesson learned. To begin I'd left my documents there with an employee, and left to get my children something to eat because it was a person ahead of me. We were gone not even an entire 10 minutes, but once I returned they were unable to locate my information. 1st Warning sign!!! Secondly, something told me to go over my information because there was rarely communication throughout the entire process and what do I find. My Employer Name is incorrect and also the EIN number. How do you get this information mixed up if you're reading/paying attention to what is listed on the W-2 form I DON'T KNOW, but I am very disappointed with my decision to allow Jackson Hewitt to submit my information. Next year and here on out I will most definitely continue to use Turbo Tax. I will say that the customer service was not all that bad."
