"Unfortunately I have to be as kind as possible due to my very negative experience with Jackson Hewitt regarding my taxes . The main office I used prior closing after 2018 left with undetected by tax preparers mistakes that would have had my returns higher for two years . When I went this year to have tax credits claimed and see about them amending the years that they missed a good portion of money . I ended up three visits to the cubicle where I caught they had the wrong last name and the wrong address on file for me also could not process any of my taxes . I called and the manager gave me a run around and taxes are due tomorrow and I don't even know where mine are at or what is going on with it . The manager said he would return my call and did not two times . I am not in great shape financially in fact I am in ruinous remnants of my life. This year's return was to help get me back into my own home after being technically homeless after losing my home of eleven years following a fire and pandemic. So my review is not in good taste at all . The zero concern and monotone demeanor of management has left me feeling defeated and with no resolve . So thank you Jackson Hewitt regarding my taxes being handled by the inept and the uncaring representatives of your brand in Dayton Ohio. LEAH"

"I was looking for professional tax agent who help me file my 2022 tax return. I went to H&R Block and walked out very disappointing . I came to Walmart do grocery and saw Jackson Hewitt tax service counter. I was reading the sign there and said can, I help you. I said maybe she said come on in went set and shared my loss and profits to her. She listened carefully and came up with positive sign that I was wanting to hear. She was polite, professional with elegant outfit."
