"Forms were dropped off and then nothing for 3 weeks. Called several times with no return, emails went unanswered, closed early when I stopped by... After over 2 weeks stopped in asked to have my forms returned... The Manager simply said "Oh just getting ready to message you... We were missing information" Pretty frustrating seeing as how they have done my taxes for the past 10 YEARS. I'm told its a franchise, guess that's the excuse."
