"If I could give 0 stars I would. The old man threw my id at me and had an attitude and spoke to me real disrespectful the whole time I was in there I left. Do not go to this hr block was tryna charge me for extra stuff that I never needed."

"This is the best H&R Block that my wife and I have ever went to. Another H&R Block location messed up our income taxes a few years ago and we got audited. This location helped and got everything straitened out quickly. We go here every year now. Very experienced staff."

"My wife and I took our documents in, and we were helped by a woman who clearly didn't know what she was doing. She had to ask for help once, and then told us we would have to come back at a later day because she didn't have time to do our taxes. She also encouraged us to just do our taxes online because she clearly either didn't know how or didn't want to do it. We were very clear that we wanted fed, state, and local taxes done. We came back today and she hadn't done our local taxes at all and couldn't figure it out. She told us to just take our docs to the city and they would do it for us. We were charged $200 for incomplete service. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!"
