"Product was Incorrect. Burner cutouts were egg shaped when they should have been circular. Return notes indicate I would have to pay for shipping. When I sent an email to inquire why I would need to pay shipping I never received a reply. Worst customer service to non existent. Would not recommend to anyone"

"Maybe because of the StoveGuard "Lite" option but I do not recommend this specific product as the quality bends and easily dents the material after a wash. Please see picture and excuse the messiness. Wondering if this would be different for their other products that is a step up in price. Did a pretty good job, though, covering the stove area."

"If you're looking for it quickly, don't bother. Ordered 12/5 for a Christmas gift and got tracking info in 2 days. Package still hasn't moved. Called and emailed 12/20. Took 3 days for someone to call me back. Justina was very nice and Told me it was out of stock and would ship 1/8. Tried calling and emailed on 1/8. Still no response. It's 1/12"

"I just received my stove guard, and due to my stove type, it is in two pieces and in don't understand how it is going to protect my stove. It is so short of the sides that anything can get underneath them. Just a waste of money."
