"They shrunk one of my shirts and then didn’t complete a request to sew a button on another one. Overpriced and the customer service is not great."

"Terrible service. I pulled up to the valet no one came out. I had to go inside and he was just waiting and didn’t even apologize. The whole point to pull up to valet is you want to take advantage of that service. Their employees are lazy and just want to do the bare minimum. I also had a coupon that they clearly say you need to present at drop off which I did and he said I didn’t have it on my account which means the person from yesterday didn’t note it. I have never dealt with this laziness before. Very disappointed."

"I have had a young man seemingly avoid coming out to my car. It was approx. 6:30 and there was no one else around. He saw me pull up and sat there for 2 minutes. I did not think much of it as I could not see what he was doing although it looked like nothing. Then he moved over to the computer and appeared to be hiding behind the monitor as I could see him peer up from behind it. Finally he decided to come out to my car and acted like he couldn’t open the door when he got to my door too. It seemed pretty clear to me that he basically did not want to be bothered with coming to my car. I asked him directly, if you all still come out to the car to pick up or drop off and he was defensive with his answer and then I mentioned that it seemed like this wasn’t much of a priority to him and drove away. I remembered this sane kid doing something similar approx. a month earlier too but it just slipped past me because it wasn’t quite as obvious. Ultimately this young man needs to be taught how to do his job better and with no attitude. I get a lot of dry cleaning done every month and Tides prices are not cheap. If this poor customer service continues I will be going to a local dry cleaner in the future. Also, I would like two bags. I have requested it several times and while they have explained to me why they don’t have two bags for people who request it, why not just accommodate the people that have so much dry cleaning with two bags? I normally would not waste my time typing in a review but that kid pretending he didn’t see my car pull up and dragging his feet to take care of me really stick under it craw, especially when I realized he had done something similar once before. Hope this review brings some changes."

"I took my oversized comforter to be washed and when I opened it up it smelled musty. I took it back and they argued that I should pay because it was a few months later (winter comforters don’t get used in the summer and they give it back in a nice storage bag). They finally agreed to not charge me but when I got it home after the second round, it had a very strong chemical smell so I took it back and they told me they’d clean it one more time but that I should never return to any Tide location! The manager said I just wanted free cleaning. Really, I just wanted to stop hauling my stinky winter comforter around. It goes without saying that I granted her wish and have not returned."

"Clothes always come out amazing. Some of the staff are not the friendliest. When I use their valet service (stay in car for drop off / pick up), I always leave with the feeling I annoyed the staff because they have to come out to my car."
