"Hello, I'm leaving this review about Nicole Parris and my experience with her. This was Monday, February 5th First I want to say, my partner heard the entire conversation between me and Nicole from the booth next to me. I can also hear his Preparer too. His preparer was saving him money. Mine was not. I have to dish 200 dollars from my pocket to mail my Taxes in, meanwhile my partner did not at all. This is the first I've ever been able to do my taxes. I don't know how to do them myself due to the fact school failed to teach me and so did anyone else to guide. I put my trust in Nicole and honestly? I feel like I'm being hard-core scammed out of my money and my partner feels the same way. My experience was completely different and I think she was praying on me due to the fact I have no idea what im doing and am learning. So why is my partner getting all his money and I'm losing out?? Why was everything free for him but not me? Not only that, she kept stating to me angerly that I should be made to pay all of it including her service because of me being inexperienced. She even had a basket stating that you have to be kind because you have no idea what people are going through. I'm homeless. I have AUTISM for pete sake, things are hard for me as is and jobs find me as a liability because of that. I'M lucky to work at a Frisch's for this long! I NEED this money out of survival, to make sure I have a room at a motel till im off my feet again. And she's hindering me from doing that if I have to dish out 200 of the 50 for my rent just so I don't risk going to prison (who knows maybe she felt thats where I need to be??). I demand she gets investigated because this isn't what H&R Block advertised. She's the opposite of it. So I ask. WHY DO I NEED TO PAY 200 DOLLARS OUT OF MY POCKET FOR MY TAXES BUT MY PARTNER DIDNT GET THAT SAME TREATMENT? WE ARE BOTH HOMELESS. OUR ONLY SHELTER IS A MOTEL THAT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. I'M EVEN BEING TOLD I AM GETTING SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY. I did hear H&R Block got a lawsuit last year about taxes. Maybe the scamming is still going on after all. Ugh."

"I am giving this location 1 star due to a terrible experience my family had when speaking to a tax professional named Courtney. I scheduled appointments online, on their website and received confirmations. An hour later someone called me from the office to change my appointment date and time, which was fine. What was not fine was when Courtney called and spoke with my fiancé being very unprofessional and belittling. I called her back myself and kindly explained what happened and who spoke with me to change my appointment date. Sadly, she continued to act extremely unprofessional and rude. I do not understand why a “professional” who should have customer service experience and etiquette, would treat their customers so terribly and so unprofessional as she did. I kindly asked her to cancel all of our appointments, due to disbelief in how I was being treated. I do want to mention someone named Shauna at the office who was wonderful and very helpful on the phone! She was a great example of how a professional treats their customers. Unfortunately we will never use their office after this experience with Courtney."
