"I hired Mr Pennington to help me handle a closing of a property I sold. I have used him before to my satisfaction for other issues. In this latest case, I followed Pennington's advice throughout the process which was a weird hassle for a variety of reasons, so much so, I was looking for a way out of the sale. When the closing exceeded the 60 day mark by one day, I thought it may be my opportunity to stop the sale.
