"Very Disappointed!!!!!! This store has gone down from when Dennis's parents owned it! I will never go back to this store. Tara is very rude and finds it ok to curse people out when she knows she is in the wrong for selling people junk! Warranty? What warranty? You don't follow through with them nor replace things you say you are going to!!! Dennis seemed like he was alright but when he hasn't reached back out to me for this replacement refrigerator he promised it just shows his character as well. When the people delivered my stove and refrigerator they scraped paint off the refrigerator and also the corners of my walls putting holes in them. When I spoke to Dennis about this he said "I'm so sorry, its hard to find good help these days" then proceeded to ask me if i knew anybody who wanted a job!!! smh I am utterly disgusted with this company!! They are scammers at it's finest and I can't believe they are still in business! i wish I could give negative stars!!!!! very unfortunate!"
"Went here to buy a thermal fuse for my dryer. . Ended up being wrong one. The receptionist said was one universal thermal fuse. Would not give refund. My friend fixing my dryer was very upset. After leaving unhappy with my experience, Dennis realized what happened and contacted me. He apologized and gave me the correct fuse and helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and polite He more than made up for the mistake. Thank you for being honest and making things right. I really appreciate it. I will come back."
"I have done business with Dye's appliance for years and have had nothing but great service. First with his parents and now with Dennis. Most recently I purchased a used gas stove. The guys came on Saturday and set everything up. They were friendly and respectful. After they left I realized the oven wasn't working. Contacted Dennis, he sent someone out on Monday (New Year's Day). Turns out there was nothing wrong. The tech checked everything out anyways before leaving. Will continue to use and refer Dye's Appliance."
"UPDATE: Dennis Dye, you were NOT present when I was in your establishment so, you cannot speak to my attitude at that time or the details of my visit. Your negative reviews speak volumes, and there are many. I was not rude or incorrect in what I said. What I posted is correct and you know it. Your elaborate description of my visit to your store is amusing to me. A responsible business owner would use this, and previous negative reviews, as an opportunity to learn what areas need improvement. The common theme in the negative reviews is that there seems to be a lot of dishonesty. Your attitude is, well, to be expected... so sad. BUYER BEWARE!!! Overpriced used junk, liars and rude. I would give negative stars if possible, but Google doesn't offer that. No, I haven't purchased from them, but I am acquainted with many people that have. Not one experience was positive. So, I did go in to look around and see what they had. While I can't say I was disappointed, I didn't expect much, the appliances were dirty and smelled funny. The lady without teeth was rude when I mentioned that they had many bad reviews. She told me to get out and never come back. No problem with that. I'll just buy new from a reputable company. Your hard earned money can be spent better elsewhere. Good luck, Dye's, you have a lot of work to do."
"Great place to do business. Honest and knowledgeable staff. Dennis and the ladies in the back were very helpful. Needed a new dryer for my 92-year-old mother. Rather than trying to push me to buy another one right away, Dennis suggested trying to fix the old one first. When that couldn't be done, he waived the service fee and helped me find a good replacement at a good price. Our family and friends have done business with Dye's for years. This is the reason why. Hard to find honest, family-run businesses like this anymore. Great place, great people."
