"This location is unorganized. I scheduled an appointment at 2pm. I get there and the lady at the front desk didn't know that she is the person that is supposed to do my taxes. Another person who was behind me had an appointment at 2pm also. Another person helped him. Another tax professional was there waiting on his client that he was not sure if he'd show up or not. He didn't want to help me until he was done with his client who is not there yet. I came on time with all my paper work for my appointment, but they did not deliver on their end. My day was very busy and i don't have time for silly mistakes like this. I don't recommend this location. Unprofessional. Their only offer was for me to wait Until someone became available to help me with my taxes."

"Penny the "tax professional " is EXTREMELY RUDE. I reached out to confirm my appointment at 7pm and she RUDELY explained that they closed at 7, I politely explained that i made it online and she started screaming ITS A COMPUTER I CANT EXAPLIN WHY IT DID THAT. I politely asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. I called back and PENNY answered again explaining she hung up on me because she's a TAX PROFFESIONAL and I could just speak with her. I explained that she want the most pleasant and I would just rather speak with someone else. She hung up on me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not at all what is advertised about this company online. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS LOCATION AND I WOULDNT IF I WERE YOU EITHER."

"The staff was very great! Very friendly answered all my questions, glad I made the right choice in going there. Mrs. Caryn & Ms. Penny are such beautiful great women. We laugh & talk the entire time. Please forgive I can’t remember the manager name she was also nice she came over and introduce her self."
