"Jhoners has been taking care of my 100,000 sf office building for about 13 years. My place is being consistently well cared for and if I ever have a special request it will be taken care of, even on short notice. Any issues we've ever had are quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Juan and Alejandra constantly go above and beyond what their contract specifies and what I expect. I've had other janitorial companies in here before them but haven't felt the need to even get a quote from any of the 15 or 20 companies that solicit me each year. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and business associates."

"these people called me soliciting work...it was ironic because an associate and i were discussing getting 3 properties cleaned...after a discussion with one of their representatives (that took 3 times the normal length due to his inability to understand English) i proceeded to give them the addresses of two of the properties...they visited one at least, maybe both, and thats the last i've heard from them...the one was a very nice 1100 sq ft apartment in hyde park area, the other close by...i have another 10 properties that will need maintenance in the near future, be assured they won't hear from me and when others ask me who i use i'll tell them who i wouldn't use...what a bunch of time wasting do nothings..."
