"She is very nice. But My husband had an appeal case an lost it cause she had 4 different chances in a 3 month stretch.. the courts kept giving her extended time to get her arguement in for his appeal all 4 times she never put it in.. due to that they threw out his appeal. After that she had 10 days to put paper work in for them to pick it back with good cause to pick it up beings the courts gave her many extensions an her reasoning was only that she didn't get it in due to her "scheduling" an the courts found that not a good enough reason their selfs. . So they would not pick it back up so he is stuck in prison for 3 yrs on being wrongful charged. She did nothing on the case that was supposed to be done.. the appeal office of lima has said this is not the first time she has caused some one to lose there appeal. I hope in the future things with her get better cause she a very nice lady an smart just not on top of the cases or mayb she picks an choose what ones to worry bout I don't know.."
