"A labor attorney for the wealthy only. Usually if you need a labor lawyer, I would think you have either been fired unjustly or you are struggling to get paid what you have earned. Or perhaps YOU are the company being accused. Likely a small business fighting for every dollar to bring in right now. This would typically mean you don’t have much money because your working time has not been compensated for. This attorney, doesn’t seem to understand that. So, he will charge you simply to sit with him, sell himself, do really nothing for you, and then try to collect thousands of dollars for a retainer after wasting your first MAYBE hour costing nearly $300. Which one of you has $300 to waste? Not me. Maybe pick someone who gives a free consultation, even if it’s less than an hour."
