I switched to a functional attorney and had a transcript pulled of his interactions with the court to discover that not only had he agreed to things without telling me, but that he had allowed made up evidence to be entered into the court without even an attempt at an objection. In addition as I read through the transcript I wanted to scream with his inability to even verbalize the most simple request on my part.
