"WASTE OF TIME! I had an appointment scheduled with Jessica. I had to call HER. She was RUDE! I got transferred to her, and she didn't even introduce herself. She started off by immediately asking who did my taxes. I answered and explained my situation, and she stated I needed to bring in my letter I received. I mentioned jokingly that I talked to someone else in a different office and they never once mentioned that I needed to bring a letter in, I just uploaded it on the H&R Block portal. She rudely explained that I never spoke to her before (I never said that I did) and insisted that I bring my letter in. I just don't get what's the point of uploading the paperwork if I still have to bring it in and I'm met with rudeness. She needs an attitude check."

"UPDATE TO REVIEW: I had an issue today with my emerald card. Karen and Robert were so incredibly helpful to fix it. I've been going to this location for many years now. Simply amazing and caring staff!!"

"The agent we worked with was wonderful. But would I recommend someone to go here based on price? No, to have to pay for further protection and services after paying almost $200 for a basic 1040 is a bit overboard, charge me $200 and I am covered 100% I will be there all day long. I know it is a business thing, but dang, $55 extra, forget it."

"We return every year because of the great professional staff. The service was great I just wish there was more incentive for being returning customers. Because there are a lot of options out there, but I have chosen H&R Block for over 10 years. There should be some incentive for customer loyalty and not so much for just new customers. More than just referral bonuses."
