"Most unprofessional place I have been. Been using their over expensive service for years because I never wanted to worry about anything going wrong. This year I set up on Alexis with India Jones and she went to town with all wrong information. So about 3-4 months later I went to the Secor rd location to have my taxes amended and was told to check back in 16 weeks. All while checking my irs.gov account and them not showing anything else I had to do for my return. I have personally called and left a message, brought mail to the location for them to explain what’s going on. Every time they said they would call me back not one person would call me back. I won’t ever go back to these unprofessional people big rip off. I’m still waiting on taxes because of a mistake from HR block that they don’t know how to fix or don’t care to fix. But they were quick to charge me 300 plus and got paid to act like they know what’s going on"

"Well after waiting two and a half months to get my taxes done and having to go through corporate and another office it held my bankruptcy case up for that long. I've never had an experience like this and getting my taxes prepared. The only way I'd consider coming back to H&R Block would be going through the lady who at the end of my preparation fix everything for me and help me by the name of Julie was to do my taxes. Also we will see if I get my preparation fees refund check like I was told I would. If I'm satisfied with the end result after the bad experience who I've been through with this we will determine if I come back to H&R Block"
