"Took a dress in to have it dry cleaned. The last at the counter quoted me 1 week and over$20. I thanked her, explained that was more than I paid for the dress and I was going to take it home and try to hand wash it instead. I felt that was twice what I was expecting. Yes, it washed out fine."

"Rude woman. Took a silk scarf in, told me she can’t make any promises with stains, ok, that’s fine, then she made a reference to not wanting me “ coming after her” .. what??? I questioned why she said that, she rudely reiterated she can’t guarantee stains coming out, I had to question what she said because of a language barrier!! That was first time going there, will definitely be my last."
