"We hired Brian Kaiser 2 years ago to handle my husbands credit card debt, in the form of debt settlement. After about a year and hearing nothing from him, and still getting collection calls, we were concerned. We reached out to them and was assured that they were handling it. We should have known something was off after getting close to two years, and still hearing nothing unless we reached out to them, and we were told the same thing. Then the court notices seeking judgement from our creditors started coming in. At this point, we were not happy. Again, we reached out to them and was assured that they wouldn’t garnish my husbands paychecks, and they have everything handled. Well, we now have 3 of the creditors who have secured judgments against him, and two have already secured garnishment orders. Over 700 dollars was taken from his last paycheck, and now we have 2 more orders behind this one. Still crickets from Brian Kaiser. At this point it’s too late for us to negotiate with the collectors, because they’re already secured garnishment orders. If we had known that they were just going to take our money and do literally nothing, than we would have just tried to settle ourselves. Now we are out 1,200 dollars, and are in a very bad financial situation. We trusted these people to do the job that they were paid for, but instead this is what we got. I don’t take submitting negative reviews lightly, but I feel that people need to be warned about this practice, so they don’t end up in our situation. I feel like they stole from us quite honestly. Lesson learned."
