"Someone was sending an international package and it took over 30 minutes or more. Only 1 person working the window. He would not let others checkout until the international package was done. Need more help."

"I used to praise our local post office but recently their package delivery has been terrible. I've had 2 packages got damaged and we've gotten the run around about it. The first was a poster that's was completely missing, so the delivered a empty tube. Which we had to wait days for while it sat in the post office. The second was a pack of dye that they said had been delivered but it had infact not been. Come to find out it had been damaged and returned but they still said it was delivered so we had trouble getting a refund. Not sure what's going on lately but I'm disappointed."

"The Orrvile P.O. is most of the time pretty convenient. Dave that is usually the one working is friendly and knowledgeable. However, if you go, try and go at a slow time, lunch time and around 4pm it can get very busy and parking can be difficult and wait times can be long. But it's a nice post office and worth a bit of a wait. Love the old building it's on also."

"This is a very small post office and therefore the hours are shorter than others and they don't offer all the amenities a larger post office offers. The people don't come across super friendly but they get the job done. I personally rather go to another location. Not the best parking, which is kind of like no parking if the street in front is full."
