"What an awful experience from start to finish. I had never been to this UPS location. I can assure you, it will be my last time. I was charged $2.16 for the employee to put a piece of tape on a prepaid return. Talk about a money grab! I didn't realize using packing tape was such a complicated task. Obviously it must be difficult for your staff, since you choose to charge for this "service". Had I known that it would involve an additional charge, I would have used my own tape. I work in logistics, and have literally hundreds of rolls at my office! My business has shipped thousands of packages across different carrier in the past year. Never once, even through other UPS retail location has this been a problem. The lady I dealt with was beyond rude. She argued with two of the customers in front of me, one was also upset about paying for a piece of tape. I will take my shipping needs to another carrier next time around. If you are going to take advantage of your customers, your employees could at least be polite about it. UPS has lost our corporate business moving forward. Strive to do better..."
"This store is the literally the worse UPS in the area they are always charging for extra packaging like tape when the return option is free. I paid 8.99 for tape for a package return. The employees are rude and I swear they are always high they can barely form a sentence. I have called UPS headquarters and they say that can do anything about this issue of charging unnecessary charges. I have also called Amazon and they said they can not refund me because the option I chose should have been free. Basically no one can help and this store will just keep going on and being rude nasty people"
"Go anywhere but this UPS location. Use their competitors or travel to a farther UPS location, this one is absolutely awful; terrible experience multiple times and horrid employee interactions. Their employees are unhelpful and simply rude for no reason, we've had the displeasure of working with the blonde woman several times. She has nasty remarks for every question you might have and proceeds to not even help you. This store needs an employee overhaul or serious corporate intervention. Customer service is tough, I understand, but the way these employees act immediately as you walk through the doors is pathetic."
"Pathetic customer service. I have an amazon return and it is being sent back in the package amazon sent it to me in, with the shipping label, and the rep would not accept package because she said it needed to be in a box and maybe I selected the wrong return. If it's good enough to ship it in the plastic packaging they sent it in, then it should be good enough to ship back in it. Of course if I was willing to pay for them to box it they would be more than happy to take care of it. This is not the first time this has happened with this store and previously they wanted to charge me $2 for tape on one of my returns. Service rep says the store gets reported by Amazon...what???"
"Maybe I'm overly optimistic but I have used this store multiple times, always expecting the service to be better. The employees I have interacted with have consistently been apathetic and rude. I can only imagine they are treated poorly by customers and for that I am sympathetic. But the last time I went in (early morning so I assume no one had time to irritate her) the employee noted that I had mistakenly chosen Whole Foods instead of UPS on one of the 5 packages I had to return by throwing it to the side. She then dismissed me prior to my asking for an express mail envelope, which of course, I refused to pay given the attitude. I went elsewhere to send the express mail package. I won't be returning. I'd rather drive a little further away for better service."
