"This Sunday morning, I stood outside the UPS Store five minutes before the store opened to make sure I would have five flyers I needed for a birthday party that was starting an hour from the store opening (yes, very last minute of me). As soon as Christine (the manager) opened the door she was quick to assist me even though she was the only employee working that day. She made sure to have my flyers were ready and beautifully made with care even though there was a line starting. Thank you for making a mom's day easier by helping me out and not making me come back or wait or make me feel about it! I appreciate the great customer service. Very sweet. Highly recommend this store."

"UPS Store #1016: Exceptional customer service and outstanding packing job of my multiple fragile porcelain pieces won at Gray's Auctioneers. Each person I spoke with consistently friendly and helpful and made the experience a pleasant one for me. And I felt they were honest, fair and straightforward with me about pricing. I had been anxious about the items arriving safely, but the packing they did was on par with the best I've dealt with elsewhere. Terrific job! The only area that might need a little polishing is the timeliness of responses, which were sometimes lagging a bit. It would be nice to get a quick email update every few days, even if it is just to state they are still working on it. Regardless, Store #1016 exceeded all of my expectations and was genuinely the best UPS store I have dealt with to date, anywhere across the country. And my positive experience with them means I will be doing more bidding at Gray's auctions, knowing that I will have full confidence in the shipping! :-)"
