"My husband needed to send extremely important immigration papers for his career at the hospital and for him to reside here as my husband and father our daughter. The person who was serving him incorrectly put the address in the system and REFUSED to fix it and almost sent these vital documents to God who knows where! He also put the papers in a huge envelope which was very inappropriate for these papers, it was obvious. He purposely raised the price to $60 and he refused to fix these issues. He was rude and had zero interest in giving any decent service to my husband as a customer! My husband didn’t catch his name but he is a black male. He almost seriously screwed up our lives by sending these vital documents to a different address! My husband would have lost his position at the hospital and he would have been in serious legal trouble, being deported and forced to leave me and our daughter and out $800 for these legal papers! This was a completely unprofessional and outrageous experience. Shame on the manager, there just laughing with the others and not caring that he has an employee who should NOT be working there. We will NEVER be going here again and shame on this person for their rude, arrogant, and lazy attitude!"
