H&R Block

"I had my taxes done and while it was quick but she messed up my taxes and I'm the one who caught it and called to tell them so then we had to do a amendment. I have to wait longer to get my money back and I still have to pay the $400 to have my taxes done even though I'm the one who caught the mistake not them. This just isnt right at all. I wont go back at all and I will make sure none of my friends/family do as well. (I'm posting using my son's email address because it wont let me on my email)"
