"I am very disappointed in the quality of service from H and R Block at the Sandusky location. Mark took my appointment over the phone on Friday as I had some questions about filing taxes for 2021 as I had changed jobs, bought a house, had RITA taxes from a previous job, and rolled over an IRA account and had numerous questions and wanted a tax “professional” to help out. Came for my appointment and sat down with Mark. I was there for less than 5 minutes with Mark while he basically said don’t waste my time and it’ll cost $269 for him to do the taxes. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to proceed with the services. I came extremely prepared with previous years tax information as well as all of my tax documents for this year."
"Dana was very helpful to us in explaining things we didn't quite understand and helping us for next year to know what we should do so we would be able to hopefully get a refund. She was very patient with us when we didn't have to the money right away to pay and even was able to help us get a discount to help us out a little bit. Dana is great. We will definately be back next year."
