"Just as the previous review said, this seamstress is rude and unaccomodating. We had a homecoming dress altered that was still too loose. She refused to make any additional alteration to the dress. She returned my money when I stated that we paid for her service of alteration and the dress is still too loose. I told her I would rather she make the fix than give my money back and she stated “I don’t have time”. I began using this shop for cleaning and alterations years ago when the son/owners mother was running the shop. It was good then, but it has much to be desired today with the rude owner/seamstress wife who is Now running the shop. What a shame for the shop. I will never step foot in this shop again, after this experience."

"The owner/seamstress of this establishment is so unaccommodating, it's bizarre. She does not care how you feel and if you have even the smallest tweaks to her work, she will yell at you, throw a tantrum, dismiss you from the place and refuse to work on you any further while making snide remarks to her coworkers. She is unspeakably rude and unless you feel like being degraded and yelled at for simply wanting to feel comfortable in your clothes, do NOT come here. She aims to overcharge you for simple, easy work and will not stand for you trying to get her to go outside her agenda!"

"My bridesmaids dress barely fit me and needed to be altered in three different places and hemmed. They did a great job and now the dress fits me perfectly. Price was fair and staff was friendly."

"I went in to get a couple pants hem and a couple pants need fixed. Was trying to ask the lady a question if they would be worth fixing. she didn’t even want to help me. Definitely lacking good customer service at this business."

"The woman was "busy, very busy" but she made an appointment with me anyway and did shorten my pants appropriately. She was running back and forth between the back and the front of the store where I was changing into the clothes that needed to be altered. I was a little worried because this was the first time I was getting something altered there, but I had seen good reviews."
