At AF, Dustin took us through the store, educated us on features and benefits. We were out the door in 45 min. with a new frig coming. We're going back for a stove in the near future. I was planning to buy from one of those big box stores, but this store did a price match, and even came in BELOW the other store! Kiel was very helpful, as well as the manager. He helped me decide which dw had the specs that I wanted. I also liked that the installers are actually employees, and not outside contractors. Jeff was our installer. He called me the day before and gave an estimated time to arrive. I got a text and an email from the company, and and a confirmation call from him the morning of the install. He was very efficient, careful, and respectful. Definitely recommend!"

In store Skylar was extremely helpful going through the different products available, explained the features and easily helped me find a set suited to my needs. The delivery team was also wonderful and efficient and had my appliances up the stairs (without even scuffing my paint) and installed within about 15-20 minutes.
