"Paul in flooring sold carpet that was marked no sale on computer so we received padding on Dec 17 no carpet, was told they would try other stores after a week told us to come in pick out what we wanted because of inconvenience, we ordered higher quality 12x 14 to be delivered Jan 5th when received it was 12 x 14 inches. 30 days later the GM calls says she won't give us the carpet we picked they can eat 4.00 Of carpet. I explained it was her employee who sold it, and after speaking to 4 managers she calls to tell me , her mng authorized the carpet of our choice and gave us a receipt for the high er 12 x 14 carpet which we have and she will not honor it?"

"We purchased a Frigidaire and stove we paid for delivery and set up fees we had gotten the stove was fine the fridge had a big scratch across the door so we told them we needed a different fridge i didn't pay for the scratches they Said they will have to put the money back on our card and we would have to come in and order another one so I called the warehouse they brought us one The next day needless to say My old fridge sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor and the New was left sitting in my laundry room I will never buy or shop at Lowe's very bad service"

To be honest I was expecting a small town type of atmosphere but this place is surprisingly awesome. This place has a small town feel but a big city selection as any and all Lowes typically are. The staff here is a reflection of the community which is friendly outgoing and eager to provide assistance. If you’re looking for home improvements supplies in Circleville I would say this is probably your best choice"
