They were also willing to work with us on allowing us to do our own install and our own countertop vendor and lots of tweaks (adding glass to certain doors, switching out some cabinet types, accommodating an oddly shaped room etc). I would recommend using their installation/countertop folks for ease and expediency (in hindsight).
