"Not open when I arrived shortly after 5 p.m. except for self service. An update of current service which does not include cleaning and vacuuming the interior would have been helpful. The carwash area looked clean and well maintained."

"The machines will gladly take your coins but the machine doesn't turn on. No hope for a refund because no one picks up the call for the number listed. Bad short term business strategy but maybe the county auditor will straighten this out."

"I used to like Carriage House CW. But last 2 visits were bad experiences. First vist, Carriage House car wash (stand alone location, BHG Rd) left a lot of dirt on my car doors and trunk. I had to manually wipe down my car myself with a towel. Very disappointed. No one working there, not even on the weekend.. Second visit, I tried the Carriage House at the UDF just 2 doors down with my other car. Paid at the pump, then could not enter code at the car wash. The screen was about impossible to read due to light screen and plexiglass sun glare. The machine just didn't have an obvious option to enter the code. I had to pay for another wash since code at machine wouldn't work and I was holding up a line of cars and no backing up. 2 people behind me tried to help me and couldn't figure it out either. UDF clerk can't help since they don't owe the car wash. I called Carriage House twice to get refunds. Got live person once. Sent me to someone's voicemail both calls. I never got a return call and its been over 3+ weeks. I found a perfect fix.. There's a new Mike's car wash on Rt28/I-275 that have humans working there and I got a great wash. Buy Mike's car wash at Kroger's pump maybe save $$."
