"I'd give negative stars if I could and it's all because of the Karen with the bad attitude. It was giving racism tbh the way she was so quick to get aggressive with two Black and Brown people. We went in there to get a title notarized and copies made of the documents. Karen was rude the moment we walked in the door glaring at us as I asked if they had notary services. She quickly said no not on Sundays and asked what we were notarizing. I told her a car title and quick and rudely again she told me they don't do those. I told her we would find an online notary service because we still wanted to pay for copies of our documents once we finished Store was basically empty when a few minutes into standing off to the side trying to connect with the online notary she came over again very rude and aggressive saying some nonsense about how they weren't the kind of business we could do this at?? And that we'd need to leave once a line formed. There was never more than 3 customers in that store the whole time we were there and we were off to the side at one of the side counter tables the whole time not in anyone's way. We ended up leaving to finish prepping our documents and went to another store to print before Karen came back to attack. Do not go here especially if you're a POC. It's probably the same lady that other reviewers had negative experience with. Save yourself the trip and don't take the chance."

"Been going here for along time to return my Amazon packages. I asked for a piece of tape to tape the flap shut. The short lady with black brown hair says, “you can buy tape over there.” They weren’t busy. I have never seen this person before. I would think you would want Amazon returns to keep coming to you. I guess we just need to tell Amazon to go somewhere else. Not the people that are usually there. I like those people. She hates her job, I walked out. I don’t want to waste my time on people that can’t actually be nice and show simple compassion towards a customer that is in a hurry."

"I wouldn’t normally be “excited” to go to a shipping store, but I have to say, this place is run like a well-oiled machine and when I need to make an Amazon return, I’m happy to make a quick stop here. They are fast, helpful, and even friendly to boot."

"The customer service is Great and fast! Iv used USPS, FedEx and UPS. By far UPS is my choice of service! The ladies are fast friendly and knowledgeable! Only thing I would say is they need to make the self checkout compatible to macari's platform. Other than that five stars"
