"DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE ANY VEHICLE WITH VALUABLES IN IT. I had a $250 pair of AirPods stolen out of my car by an employee. AAI was very unhelpful and actively tried avoid responsibility. They also do not seem to care that their employees are stealing property. Even with the find my iPhone location, and date and time when they were taken at their specific location, they refused to talk to me and got upset that I pushed the issue."
