"I would highly suggest going anywhere but here for maintenance services. I bought my car here a year ago. 2018 ford eco sport that now has around 32k miles on it, I’ve had no issues with it before. Brought it in for a routine oil change and was told I’d need over $300 in additional work done and to buy brand new tires on top of that. My tires are in great condition so I refused any additional services and told them I just want my oil changed. After my oil change was done I got in my car to turn it on and noticed the check engine light was on. It’s never been on before. Immediately walked back inside to let them know what was going on and they started blaming ME for it when all I did was turn the car on. The head maintenance guy who worked on my car started asking what I did to it and where I went. One of the other guys finally admitted that he didn’t notice the check engine light being on before the service but did notice it after and didn’t say anything. They proceeded to tell me that the Ford set up was “different than a Chrysler” and they didn’t know what was wrong so apparently Chrysler is the only thing they know how to work on. They finally got it “fixed” and I left. Next day it came back on and I had someone else look into it. They unplugged the crankshaft sensor, most likely trying to get me to pay more since I refused additional services. Stay far away from this place."
"Called on a Saturday about a vehicle that I was wanting to come test drive and purchase. I informed them that the financing wasn't going to be approved until Tuesday with it being a holiday weekend, but I was going to drive four hours to come buy the vehicle as long as the test drive was good. They informed me that they were unable to hold the vehicle unless I signed on to buy it, which I wasn't going to do without a test drive. The sales rep told me they were closed Sunday and all I would have to worry about was the vehicle being sold on Monday. They said that once financing came through Tuesday morning and I sent proof that they would be able to hold it for me. I called them Tuesday morning to say that I was coming and asked where to send the proof. The sales manager told me he was going to go pull the vehicle and we will see him later. I then got a call 10 minutes later saying that they sold the vehicle on Monday night and never called me or let me know. they were aware that all I was waiting on was the financing and that I would be driving from four hours away. I am extremely disappointed and unimpressed with the customer service. They are unwilling to accommodate with used vehicles and are just looking to make a quick sale at the expense of customers. Now I have taken a day off of work because they did not give me the courtesy of telling me they sold the vehicle the night before i was to come pick the car up. I would highly suggest going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle that is customer centered."
"Highly disappointed in my service today. I had been in contact with Damien and scheduled a test drive for 10am today. I have a 2 hour drive from the dealership which was known by Damien. Arrived in Columbus at 915 and Damien called me reporting the vehicle I was interested in was not on the lot. It had been drove home by a manager who lived over an hour away. I stayed in the area until Damien came into contact with the manager at 11am. It then took 2 hours to get to the vehicle and bring it back to me at the dealership. Originally I was told between 12 & 12:30 - I checked in with Damien at 12:10 and he said the vehicle was 40 minutes away. I arrived at the dealership at 12:45 - to which Damien was no where to be found and coworkers said he was “at the gas station” and the vehicle did not arrive until after 1pm. I had now been waiting 5 hours total to see the vehicle I had scheduled a test drive for and also drove over 2 hours to see. Upon getting in the vehicle, filthy is to put it lightly. The windshield is cracked, animal hair covered the vehicle, food, cough drops in the middle console along with sunglasses and hair supplies, the rims were full of scratches from hitting curbs, scratches to the doors, it looked as if a mechanic with dirty hands wiped all over the tan interior, and overall the inside of the vehicle was completely trashed. This vehicle was not ready to be bought - very disappointing following talking with Damien for 2 days regarding this vehicle. It should have been in sellable condition as it was known I was coming and making the trip. I was willing to put it in the past and sat and discussed numbers. The asking price of the vehicle was 36,900. We discussed numbers, I started with a lower offer at 33k which was declined - and I ultimately offered 35k to which Damien responded with “I don’t know what world you’re in but your numbers are way off and you won’t find prices that beat ours within an 800 mile radius.” (This vehicle blue books for 34k, and I had found 14 listings all ONE YEAR NEWER, with better pricing, all less than 50miles from this dealership). I had discussed with Damien that due to the inconveniences of the day and the poor communication on their part and also the lack of the vehicle being in sellable condition, his numbers needed to do better. Damien then replied with “I told you the condition of the vehicle would be made right so you need to put that behind you. I’ll make that part right but that’s not relevant.” - to which I completely disagree. It was very relevant. Some other comments made by Damien “you don’t know how car dealerships work to throw numbers like that” - I asked Damien what would be fair to him and he responded with “well what can you do?” Which I had already given over 4 offers at this point and told him I had already given him multiple offers, and he then stated “yeah you’re way off.” 1k less than asking price???? I then said “alright I will take my business somewhere else” and Damien responded with “great that sounds good with me and got up from his desk and walked away” … so so very disrespectful and ultimately a complete waste of my time. Beyond disappointed in my experience here."
"It’s been a month since I got my Honda Civic from here, and nothing but good things to say. Niko was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! He was able to work with my budget and stayed adamant about looking for something in my price range. There was even a little flaw with the oil life after buying due to recent owner not changing oil frequently and sludge build up. I messaged Niko and he had me in the very next day and saw to it I was taken care of! Everyone was quick to take care of as if it was of the upmost importance I left satisfied with what I had just purchased! I was back on the road within a few hours like nothing ever happened. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 transparency. 10/10 car buying experience."

Brought me a loaner truck, and had mine back to me before 5PM. I also didn’t get a spare key with my truck and she got me one made and sent it back with my truck. Really impressed with her professionalism and sense of urgency. All around great experience & happy customer!"
