"I had a package to return and it was my last day. I remembered and decided to run up there. They closed at 7 so I raced there as quick as I could. I pulled up at 6:59, clock turns 7 as I am walking up. The girl watches as I walk all to the door begins locking it as I stand there hand out to grab the door. She then opens it, says our systems shut down at exactly 7 (don’t believe that at all, most systems are manual shut down), then she shuts the door and locks it. I literally just needed her to scan a code… it is already packaged, post is already paid for. Super frustrating."

"I worked with the manager Nathan in shipping a valuable item internationally to Thailand. He was especially helpful and understood that importance of successful delivery. He called his support to make sure we weren't missing. He spent time making sure all details were entered correctly. He even gave me his e-mail for any concerns during the shipment. There was an issue with the countries customs, so I e-mailed him for help. He was responsive and worked on his end to clear up any issues. Would recommend this UPS store!!! Thanks again Nathan!!!"

"The absolute worst UPS location in the state of Ohio. Every time I go to this location there's a line that goes out the door and into the parking lot because the two people inside "working" want to talk about cupcakes and which color sprinkles they like the best. Shut this location down already and just open a Bakery because that's all they care about"

"I have been using this UPS store for the last two years ever since I moved to Milford. Every time I go in there I’m only in there for three minutes max the employees are very friendly and kind and always willing to help. They are very efficient getting customers taken care of and out the door. Nathan has gone above and beyond for me several times to help me figure some things out during some very challenging times of my life. I appreciate that more than you’ll ever now thank you Nathan and thank you to all the other employees that work at the Milfor UPS store. You guys are awesome!"

"I don’t remember her name, but the lady who is a notary is the sweetest thing and she has awesome purple hair! They are always so helpful at this location and super friendly too!"
