They assured us "no problem", but got to the closing and the guy doing the closing said he didn't know about it - and seemed like he didn't know who our assigned person was. We received paper copies of the closing docs, had to give our email address for a digital copy, but did not receive it."

"I have been a real estate agent for close to 13 years and I have never worked with such an amazing title company, as PM Title. Most title companies work 9-4pm, and mandate when and where you close based off of their convenience to close. This is NOT the case for PM Title. They work 24/7. They have closed deals for me at 6am, and at 9pm on a Saturday night before. They accommodate my client's schedules, no matter what. I even had them go to my client's work once, because she is a nurse at a hospital and worked crazy hours.
