"I just needed a plug in on a tire the service was amazing everything was amazing but the price was they changed me was way to high $60 for a plug that’s over doing it I could’ve done it myself if the gas station had it"
"Here I am not just out of town but out of state with my wife for her work when our Ford Escape notifies us that it is in need of an oil change. I googled a Ford Quick Lane specifically because I wanted to be quick. At home in Michigan my local Ford dealer takes oil changes first come first serve through their Quick Lane so I thought that was how they were all ran. I know it was always a gamble but I've never had to wait for more than 2 or 3 cars in front of me. Heck, sometimes they'll even take in 2 vehicles at a time if both are small enough to fit in the bay. However, at Germain 'Quick' Lane you need an appointment and apparently they were pretty well booked. They offered to try to squeeze it in if I could leave it for a couple hours but that wasn't really an option for me. Then I called another ford dealer and their quick lane was booked for the whole day so at least Germain Ford offered to try and squeeze me in. Our Ford Escape experienced it's first NON-FORD oil change of it's life. Valvoline Instant Oil Change was professional, not pushy with any additional services or products, and I even got to choose a synthetic oil blend that our Escape is used to. I had to wait just 5 minutes to get in the bay and then it was just 10 more minutes before I was back on the road again. Lessons learned......"
"After a decade of loyalty and the purchase of more than 7 cars from Germain I have decided to leave a 1 star review. They have Double charged for work that was already completed. They failed to step up and fix parts when components failed that should not have failed. And they are selling faulty used vehicles. I will never give Germain Ford another $ of my money and neither should you. Germain DID NOT offer assistance toward the repair. This vehicle was driven lightly and the drive train should NOT have failed under 90k miles. Neither FORD or German stepped up to make this right. Neither Ford or Germain have any interest in helping to fix my car. Their only interest is to sell me a new one. Germain told us we where on our own. Save your self money down the road, don't buy your car or repair your car at Germain Ford. You will not be happy with the results."
"I received unsatisfactory service today. I had a scheduled appt for The Works (oil change & tire rotation) & to check out the transmission for hard down shift. I dropped the car before they opened, they had it all day & I was not given even status on the service. They drove the car a whole 10 miles & couldn't duplicate the hard shift. I tried calling several times but either got voice mail or they couldn't tell me the status. I went in at 5pm & they hadn't touch the oil or tires all day & they wanted to keep the car over night. No thanks, you can't do a simple oil change on one shift, I'm done with this dealership. This was my first & last visit, I will not return."
"I’ve been here multiple times for various reasons on my Ford vehicles. Service has been lackluster...Some of the service advisors I’ve encountered have either no interest in customer service or don’t care about their job. I’m also not sure why it’s called QuickLane if nothing about it exudes any type of speed. Why have techs that would otherwise work QL only in order to expedite those customers vs those who have scheduled, in-depth maintenance? Also being told I need to schedule an appointment defeats the purpose of QL...it’s advertised on your website as “drop in.” I would rather drive 20+ minutes to find a Ford dealership that doesn’t suck."
