Lighting EFX

"Go-to store for lighting fixtures. Friendly staff. We ordered three chandeliers from them and they recommend an electrician to install. Unfortunately one of our fixture was missing parts, but they've been reordered. Electrician said Lighting EFX will even pay for re-install."

"Walked in the store today, but apparently I did not seem important enough. Lady at the front desk helped the lady who walked in after me. I find that pretty rude. I’ll take my business to lighting One Cincinnati where there are a lot more willing to help. We need light fixtures for our dining room and also all new light fixtures for our basement that we are finishing. You lost my business."

"Update: I had a mechanical problem with one of the fixtures I purchased. Although it failed slightly out of warranty, Lisa offered to replace it. Again, this sort of outstanding customer service is what makes this business a success and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Lisa was amazing, extremely patient and knowledgeable. She made sure I understood the advantages of LED and offered up great suggestions. They had some first rate lighting here!"

"We saw some fixtures at 2019 Homearama and wished to purchase a few items, so we contacted Lisa from Lighting EFX. Upon reaching out, the response from her was quick and efficient. We decided to make the purchase, however that is where the experience went from good to bad. From then on the follow up from her was spotty at best. For a premium level of investment, I expected a premium level of customer service. Instead, I had to chase down all of the details and eventually ended up speaking with a manager at the Florence location to remedy the situation. Great selection with cool and unique products, however at this price point the customer (me) deserves a much better experience from the salesperson (Lisa). I will go elsewhere that provides exactly that and recommend that others do the same."
