"If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would! Never had a bad experience here until almost two weeks ago when my husband went through the wash and his windshield was smashed in by the brush and the hood and roof of the car dented in. I was told that they wanted to see how much the estimate would be before submitting it to their own insurance to determine if they wanted to pay out of pocket. When the incident occurred the owner came up to the establishment and never stated he was the owner. He told my husband and I that the manager would handle it and it would be paid for. I spoke with a worker the next day who told me the manager was out until June 13th and that we spoke with the owner of the car wash the day day before. I definitely wouldn't recommend going here and I definitely don't feel like NationWide is on my side right now. To sum this up they wouldn't give us who they were insured by and nationwide has taken 13 days to find it. I would never return here again."
