"I mainly go there for my meats and vegetables/produce. Oh yeah can't forget the chocolate milk in that glass jug. Simply the best! Love this place"
"Beautiful energy in this store and great customer service. Everyone was nice and my food in seafood and the meats department was fresh and pleasing to see. I'll give Heinens a 20 out of 10!!!!! This one located on chagrin is amazing. Gratitude!!!!☺️✨✨✨"
"Can always find what I need there on the high-end food scale. They have a very good product. My shopping is convenient."
"Amazing market! It actually reminds me of Fresh Thyme bc of the layout. They have fresh sushi. Salad bar. Great bakery area. This is definitely a higher end grocer. More expensive. But it is worth it!!!"
"Went for the first time yesterday, and the employees were very gruff explaining that carts don't leave store and they load them when you pull up. I was hesitant about someone taking stuff out of the cart but did it anyway. The employee puts the bags on top of each other in my trunk instead of the back seat of the car when the trunk was full. I'd rather just do it myself so that delicate products are damaged. I really don't like that model. It creates unnecessary steps in the shopping process just to prevent people from taking their carts. Aldi has a similar practice that's not as annoying, inconvenient or intrusive. Not at all happy with my overall first experience at Heinen's. Food quality and a large selections are nice so 2 star instead of 1."
