"This is the worst UPS Store I have ever used. If it was possible to give Zero stars, I would. Rude employees, slow service, total lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and utilize another UPS location. I will drive the extra 10 mins for better service."

"The lady that owns this place is the worst!!! Extremely high mark up on everything. Won't even let you use one piece of tape...you must by a 8$ roll if something needs taped. The turnover in this place shows what kind of owner she is. Haven't seen the same employee twice and go in there twice a week lol Do yourself a favor and start using another ups. Heisley rd and mentor Ave. The people are so much nicer"

"Absolutely terrible, 0 customer service every time. Came for a very simple return and they make up new rules every time. I asked the lady her name and she said she "doesn't have one", probably because she knew how rude she was and she didn't want to be reported. So I will describe her, she has only a few teeth and middle aged. She should not be in customer service. I now have to drive farther away to avoid being treated so poorly for just being a customer. 10 other people before me in the 10 minutes I was there had the exact same problem."

"ZERO stars for this location. RUDEST employee/manager or quite possibly the owner that I have ever dealt with. Someone in customer service that is so disrespectful to not only the customer but also to her employee, in front of the customers. I advised the girl to find a new job. No way would I work for someone like that. I will NEVER go back to this UPS store. IF you have a choice to go elsewhere do not give them your service. She told me she couldn't scan my bar code because it was too large to scan and to take a picture of it and show her my phone. I didn't have my phone on me, so she waved her hand and told me to use someone else's behind me! Who does that?!?!?!? I've never had an issue at any other UPS store using the bar code and scanner. The nice employee said it works find, you just need to hold the want back a little and it will scan as she scanned it with no problem. This is my first experience here, but it's not the first time of hearing how horrible this woman is and all the time. I found out for myself. Will not be back. Go to the one in Willoughby or the other one in Mentor at Heisley. Don't go to this one! Also, replies to all the negative reviews are a waste of time if you still keep the employee that is ruining your business."

"Just here to echo the reviews of this scammer shop. Took my packed in original box Amazon return and the rather rude woman told me I'd have to pay 3 bucks "packing fee" and asked if I had cash. I was irritated but paid her, now it seems by reading all of these that she likely does this to everyone walking in there. I'll be following up this review and be filing a report with UPS corporate because as others have stated the store down on Heisley Rd never pulls anything like this."
