"Took my 2013 Sienna to be serviced. Was informed that I would receive a phone call with an update before 4:30 pm. I never received a call back from the technician, Michael. I called the service department several times, leaving a message one time. The other few times I called there was no ability to leave a message. Received a phone call the next day. After not having a vehicle to get to work, and having to make arrangements with my employer. The excuse that was given of not updating me the previous day was because the technician was dialing the wrong number. Received estimate of all of the services my vehicle supposedly needed. Was absolutely shocked that the price came to a total of nearly $5,300. Opted to just have oil change due to the unbelievable amount of estimate. Not satisfied with this particular experience at Toyota."

"Pam was wonderful! She was super hospitable and transparent. She made sure I was taken care of the whole way through. I brought my 2 year old son when I had to sign papers and she did her best to help me keep him busy through the process. Greg the finance manager was a really cool guy to offered his additional products that they offered but wasn't super pushy with them. Definitely will go back if ever in the future I am in need of a vehicle as long as they are around!"

"Service was very pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and competent. While completing the scheduled maintenance on my car they discovered a problem with my brakes and were able to repair it at the same time, leaving me safer and much more confident in Toyota's service department. When I could schedule a test drive I was paired with Pam- once again, another outstanding employee. Pam was the one that educated me on every detail of the vehicle, went with me for a test drive & worked her magic and got me undercoating included in my new vehicle! Aside from being great at her job, her personality is spectacular. Finally, I met with Greg for the financial portion of the process. Once again, awesome employee. He had great energy, was thorough and detailed in explanations. All three employees I worked with were GREAT. The customer service at this dealership was superior to any other dealership I have went to previously. I drove an hour to come here - worth it. I want to recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone and everyone I can! THANK YOU for making my long awaited vehicle purchase, such a wonderful experience!!!
