"I bought cabinets from the company a year and a half ago. The cabinet quality is great, but one of the drawer slides was installed crooked by Crocs in the back and the drawer has come out. I have contacted Will numerous times and he told me someone would come 2 weeks ago, but did not happen. There has been no response from Will since and the drawer is still not fixed. Very poor customer service. The prior owner, Drazen, was much more responsive and came out with a trim piece that was needed by my contractor."
