"Was not a good visit. Walked in, was approached, and I asked about a business loan? Lady did not even give me a chance to ask more details. Stated if I didn't have an accountfor 2 yrs they couldn't help me. Funny part was, I had plenty of money to open the account to get everything started. Now going to another bank that will appreciate my money and business. Kind of hard to have an account with them for 2 years when the place is 50 min from home and has not even been open for that long. Good luck with the next person. Not a welcoming vibe at all! Made me feel I wasn't good enough for their time."

"Had an account for over 2 months now . I went to cash my check they told me they had to hold my check I’m starting to think this bank is full of scams not only that usually I could understand a 2-5 day hold their holding my check for 11 days doesn’t sound right @ All I will be filing a complaint although the customer service rep who helped me he was very kind but we’re not in times to hold someone money I have children bills ect I work hard everyday and what’s mines is mines so I’ll be soon to close this account as soon as I get this matter reserved be careful who you may chose to bank with"

"First impression; very clean. I was immediately greeted by a very kind man. He was extremely helpful and very polite and cashed my check quickly. Although I'm a non-member I was treated the same. I do plan on opening an account with bank of America based off of this experience. Thanks again!"

"I had my wallet stolen, i requested new cards which takes 6dys. I tried the digital card on my phone at the ATM in the snow for 90 minutes, i still couldn't get my own money. I called the 800 number- useless BofA app-useless. I have to find some way to work, eat for the next 6dys. I didn't realize the banks are closed, & we are suffering during COVIN-19"

"Definitely not a bank for the people. They charge a $8 dollar fee TO CASH THEIR OWN CHECKS. That is ridiculous, they tried to pressure me into opening an account, but there is literally a fee for everything at this bank. Horrible! Those fees add up every month. Save yourself the trouble."
