"It’s so easy to use the UPS Store for Amazon returns. If it was any easier, they would come get it from us. It amazes me how fast it is."

"I recently received two notices on my door stating that my package was sent to this UPS checkpoint store. The owner told me that they are not a UPS drop off point and was very inpatient on trying to help me obtain my package, he asked for my driving license which it had my old address on there , he quickly looked in the system gave me my I'd back and told me that he can't help me until I get a new I'd! Called UPs customer service they had no idea of want he was talking about , said that my package was under my maiden name and the address on the I'd should have not stopped him from helping me! She request the drive to pick up my packages and re-deliver. Customer service at this location is horrible , the gentleman who first greeted me was really nice but seem new, it's the owner who has no idea of what customer service is all about!"

"I showed up with prepaid boxes and the customer service reps locked up and had the gates down by 7:00 and 45 seconds. It was not even 7:01 by the time I got to the door she was locking the door as I was pulling the boxes out my car and she dropped the security gate down as I walked to the door. I told her I had prepaid and labeled packages and she yelled back at me with attitude we are closed and walked away from the door like she saw a ghost. Incredibly rude."

"Great service, super friendly and helpful staff. I belive her name was Hannah went above and beyond to get my return labels straightened out and gave my daughters some stickers and Halloween candy, they even made the comment to me how nice she was when we walked out. Thank you, much appreciated."

"I had a signature package only. I have a full time job. They were at my house at4:45 the driver rang the doorbell and stayed a whole 30 seconds for me to answer the door!! Most people that work do not get home until 5:30 or so because we are supporting our families. Very disappointed in your service. I tried to call a pick up point but they don’t even answer the phone. In the future I will make sure we use another service to deliver my orders."
